The Omaha Junior Lancers would like to announce the date of our first annual Dinner / Casino Night fund raising event. Please circle the evening of Friday January 16, 2009. The date we have set is a home weekend of CSDHL games for both Jr. Lancer teams.

The Junior Lancer Majors games were canceled this weekend due to poor weather conditions heading to Chicago.
The team manager will hopefully get the games rescheduled for a later date. The Junior Lancer Majors wish everyone a HAPPY HOLIDAY AND a HAPPY NEW YEAR! Practice will resume January 6th unless otherwise noted.

The U18 Junior Lancer Majors are in Chicago this weekend for 3 games. Saturday afternoon the Jr. Lancers took on the Blues in a 5:30 face off and fell 3-0. Today they play the Flames at 12:20pm and the Falcons at 4:40pm before flying home late evening. All games are CSDHL league games. The Majors will return to Chicago next weekend for 4 games. Friday,December 19th, the Majors face the Flames at 8:50pm. ~Dec. 20th, the Jr. Lancers play the Sabres twice. Game times are set for 12:30pm, and 5:50pm. On Sunday, December 21, the majors face the Falcons at 1:20pm. Good Luck Junior Lancer Majors!

The U18’s and U16’s will be taking team pictures at the MAC in Council Bluffs on Monday, Dec. 1st. Please be there by 5:30pm, the U18’s will wear the black jerseys with jeans. If you have any questions call or e-mail Cindy Meschede.
Look for more information coming soon about a mandatory meeting for parents to be held the weekend of December 6th and 7th after one of the home games.

The Junior Lancer U18 team traveled with the U16 team by bus to St. Louis this past weekend for a 2 game series with Affton. The JL Lancer Majors fell 0-2 in league play. The next games the JL Majors will play will be at home on December 6 & 7 at Tranquility/Moylan Iceplex against the St. Louis Blues. Game times are December 6th at 7 p.m. and December 7th at 10:15 a.m. The Junior Lancer Majors wish everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!
